Licence Protector version 3.0 is now available. It includes major new features for the product activation workflow and for the Activation Server.

Find below an abstract of important new features:

• Inbuilt license transfer of the complete license file with all modules to another PC
• Automatic reactivation in case of a copy protection problem
• Screen to retrieve a complete customer address including newsletter information. You can select if you want to collect just basic user data or full address information
• Allow e-mail activation for web based e-mail systems by copying the e-mail content into the clipboard
• Event based message screens to inform the user - e.g. about the expiration of a subscription
• The text can be changed on all screens
• Store reseller information in the license file. This information is available on the Activation Server to identify a license
• Use an own ID as a Serial Number, e.g. 12 characters, only upper case letters like AKIP-IUZW-II31

Activation Server 3.1

There is also a main release of the Activation Server.

• View a complete license file and modify it like in the standard Licence Generator. The customer can download the modified license information
• Store complete customer address information and assign the address to a key or license file. This is a very handy feature if you don't have a CRM or sales system
• Define, which projects a user can view on the Activation Server. You can add your main resellers / distributors as users on the Activation Server and restrict the access to view only the projects you allow

and of course Licence Protector 3.0 is Windows 7 compatible.
