CTI Data Connector, the plug- and play solution for Computer Telephony
Integration designed for Outlook, salesforce and applications with a SQL
database, including Browser based applications, is now available for
Terminal Server with First Party support.


If you run a Terminal Server and the phone handset is connected to a
local PC (First TAPI), there is no connection between the Terminal
Server session and the local TAPI driver (phone handset). CTI Data
Connector now offers a bridge between the local PC and the Terminal
Server session for TAPI events. This allows running the CTI application
on the Terminal server while using the TAPI driver on the local PC.


The version 2.4 also supports an ActiveX API with events to integrate
CTI Data Connector in applications. A XML interface allows to
communicate with applications, where an ActiveX API is not supported.
