CTI Data Connector for Salesforce, Open CTI integration with new SoftPhone, Call History list and a bundle of new features. Release 5.2 now available

CTI Data Connector 5

The new release 5.2 includes comprehensive feedback from our customers to optimize the call workflow. 

  • Select phone line for outgoing calls
  • Call history list- a new Save option indicates that a call was not saved yet. Additionally, a message is displayed to remind you to save the call
  • Button for call transfer
  • If multiple users sign into Salesforce with the same name (e.g. support@mycompany.com) you can use an own Login ID
  • Works on Windows 10 (with IE, Firefox and Chrome)
  • Define individual call wrap up code for Missed Call and No Answer
  • If a lead is converted to a contact during a phone call, the phone call is removed from the lead and you get a message, to reassign it to the contact
  • German language for the SoftPhone is available for Internet Explorer (Chrome and Firefox already had German language in version 5.0)
  • Display CTI Data Connector - TAPI Link version number in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone
  • Picklist values in the SoftPhone Layout are now supported
  • While a call is on hold the time for on hold is displayed
  • Improved support for Internet Explorer
  • Service Cloud Console documentation and changes in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone
