Changes within the application
CTI Data Connector application- Italian language added for the CTI Client interface, installation and CTI configuration wizard
- New Hotkey to dial via the Clipboard
- Improved Hotkey handling
- The menu ?, About..displays now the sub release number, e.g. 2.2.45
- The country code is not longer mandatory in the configuration wizard
- DOS programmes using CTI Data Connector do not loose the focus when the fade-in window is displayed
Configuration settings
- Define wait time for the Transfer Time of call - parameter SetupTranferTimeout - this parameter is available only with the SDK
Outlook
- The phone book supports Outlook contacts without contact name (only company name is stored)
Logic to handle phone numbers
- Incoming calls with a + sign instead of 00 are now identified
Language Support
- Italian language added (Italian interface but English help files)
Salesforce Edition
- number formatting on the server with the parameter -R is now working correct (sometimes the programme had to be invoked twice)
- the database is compressed after the number formatting is done on the server
- Option to define own SQL statements to extract the data for phone number formatting
Bugfix
- Online help is working again in a network environment and using Windows XP SP2
- When clicking with the left mouse on the icon during the call, sometimes no menu appeared (hold call, terminate call)
- Dial via xml file did not always work
