CTI Data Connector Enterprise Edition
This version includes all functions of the Office Edition, but you can additionally use
any enterprise databases (SQL database or MS-Access) for caller identification. The data is not imported and the caller identification is made ONLINE within the databases. Several databases can be searched in a line, e.g. CRM system, ERP System, MS-Outlook. CTI Data Connector Enterprise Edition can be directly integrated into applications via a XML interface - for example to display the customer folder of the caller automatically.
CTI Data Connector
Enterprise Edition can run 'invisibly' as a middleware in the background or with an own Client interface. There is an
Software Development Kit available with sample applications to demonstrate the integration possibilities.
