We offer a remote support session and training for a fee. You need a fast Internet connection to use this service. Our support team will contact you and arrange a time for the remote support.  Download the necessary software before the scheduled time and test the connection to see if there is a problem with your firewall.

  • Go to https://www.gotomeeting.com
  • Click the Join a Meeting button
  • The software is now activated. Either allow to install the component or download the installation file
  • Enter the meeting ID you got from Mirage
  • If asked, type in your name. The e-mail address is not necessary
  • If multiple users attend the meeting you get a conference call number. The access code is the meeting ID
