Yes, CTI Data Connector runs on Citrix / Terminal Server. Even a First Party* solution is supported as long as the main application supports dialling with a file.

First Party* Scenario

CDC runs on the local Windows. The main application runs on Citrix / Terminal Server. For outgoing calls, the main applications writes the phone number into an XML file, CDC polls for this file, reads the phone number and dials via the local Windows.

Incoming calls are quite easy. CDC writes the caller data into an xml file on the server in the user directory. The main application polls for this file, reads the caller data and displays the caller information.

Note: This functionality is only available in the Enterprise Edition or OEM Version (for software vendors).
