Using a headset with CTI Data Connector
CTI Data Connector supports using a headset by offering the commands:
- Answer a call
- Reject a call
- Hold a call
- Terminate a call
These commands are available in the user front end (screen call information) or via the Icon (left click - only during a call).
The headset has to work with the telephone set (directly connected) and you need a TAPi driver. See system requirements.
