• The Help and Welcome Screen offers an option to switch to an Offline help in case an Internet connection is not available

Configuration Wizard

• Using an alphabetical character for hotkey dialling is supported. This is an important option, if F1 to F10 is already used by other applications
• New option to configure Terminal Server. Requires Add-On for Terminal Server  
• The field Ignore Fake Numbers can now contain a list of numbers

• Improved Terminal Server integration

TAPI driver workarounds

• New TAPI driver <Terminal Server Installation>. This allows working without any TAPI driver on the Terminal Server but using the TAPI driver on a local workstation. Requires Terminal Server Add-On

• <CallerIDInternational> - phone number in international format
• <CustomField> - field, which can be set using the ActiveX interface, e.g. Internal ID or customer number 
• <StartTime > - Time, when a call has started
• <EndTime > - Time, when a call has ended
• <Activated> - indicates, if a call was successful (connection was established) - 1 = Yes, 0 = No 
• <Completed> - indicates, if a call was completed - 1 = Yes, 0 = No
• <FadeInWasClicked> - indicates, if the user clicked on the desktop notification  
• <IsNumberChangedEvent> - indicates, if the phone number has changed during the active call. This happens if a call is transferred
