This solution was especially developed for working with  salesforce.com - requires  Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited or Developer Edition.

  • Integration of the salesforce call center adapter and SoftPhone version 4 (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari). Works with the Service Cloud
  • Click and Dial - just click on the phone icon which is added to each phone number, use the SoftPhone to dial or the call center directory - all options
  • Caller identification from salesforce.com accounts, contacts and leads
  • Type in a phone note which is automatically saved - including the information about call duration, call type (incoming / outgoing call), call result and salesforce user name - more details
  • Convenient Last Call and My Calls Today displays make it easy to review recent activity
  • Use salesforce reports to analyze all phone calls 

Phone report

  • Dial from any application - e.g. e-mail, word or just website - by highlighting the phone number and press a hotkey (e.g. F10)
  • Additional dial options like redial last phone number , dial in the Browser with a right mouse click, or dial a phone number from the clipboard 
  • Simplified installation and support of a network installation with default values set by a definition file. An administrator can define default values for all configuration issues like TAPI driver or phone PBX setting. The client automatically uses this values during the next programme start
  • Runs on Terminal Server / Citrix and 64bit Windows, supports Internet Explorer and Firefox
  • Supports any PBX using TAPI (TSP)
