CTI Data Connector OEM Version (CDC) is a powerful middleware CTI application which allows to integrate CTI functions via XML / DLL interfaces in applications and sell the software with an own brand name.
Supports any TAPI enabled phone or server
CDC is not limited to a specific phone system or CTI server and supports as well the connection of a telephone set to a PC (First Party solution) as a CTI server (Third Party solution). The only system requirement is a TAPI 2.x device driver. You can focus on the sales of your application with the technical implementation being performed by the phone PBX vendor.Incoming Calls
CDC takes the call and does the caller identification. This is done online on your database, even if the phone numbers are stored unstructured. CDC can handle the search in multiple databases (e.g. CRM system -> ERP system -> marketing database -> MS-Outlook). The identified address(es) including the record index are saved to a XML file. Then CDC automatically starts your application, which reads the XML file and displays the caller data. Instead of using the XML interface you can use the OCX interface. This is very easy to integrate. Either you use the CDC DLL or you start dial.exe / phone number. You could even do nothing, because CDC can dial from any application by highlighting a phone number and pressing a hotkey. Even if the user dials with the telephone set, CDC does the caller identification and displays who is being called. See details - outgoing callsPure OEM solution
CDC is a pure OEM solution. With a data definition file you can change the programme name, the programme group, the installation directory, Internet buy or update links - even the DLL name and the registry entries can be modified. The advantage is obvious. You sell your own CTI solution and get the know-how from us. See details - Software Development Kidno news in this list.
