CTI Data Connector comes with an inbuilt phone book. You can search in multiple data sources:

• MS Outlook / Exchange contact folders (multiple contact folders can be selected)
• Quick Dialing list
• SQL databases 1)

This allows you to dial a phone number without starting the main application (e.g. ERP, CRM system or MS-Outlook). The phone book also offers a smart search logic:

• Search for company name, last name or first name  - just type in the search word and CTI Data Connector finds it
• Search with exact phrase or with option: Begins with
• If a search results in only one company name, all contact persons are automatically listed
• If an address or contact person is selected, the details are displayed in business card style including an icon for male and female if the address record includes this information
• The type of the phone number (e.g. business, mobile, private) is displayed

Although in MS-Outlook you don't have a company view, CTI Data Connector displays the company name and then groups all contact persons.
