The Activation Server Hosting will be automatically updated for customers with an update subscription.

Create Keys

A complete new functionality to Create Serial Numbers and other Keys in the Administration menu of the Activation Server. This allows all administration users to create and store keys from any location -  Details

• New option - create Serial Number
• New option - create an Activation Key
• Add a note when you change a setting - e.g. how often a key can be used. This allows a complete documentation  - Details
• Manual Product Activation - if you allow a reactivation in a project, the additional installation codes are requested
• Manual Product Activation - only one Unlock Key is displayed (configurable)

Manage Activations

The TAB View / Modify was renamed to  Manage Activations. It has 2 options:

• Activation Requests
• Key Lists

New functionality

• If the mouse pointer hovers over the key / ID, a preview screen fades in
• New Field Create Date in the view Key List
• The Key List view now includes the fields Maximum Key / ID usage and Effective Key / ID usage
• Icons to signal, if a key is locked, has a note, was used multiple times or transferred to another machine
• Improved detail screens to edit a key or activation request

• User interface available in English and German
• Define default project / product per user
• Forgot password function
• New user rights

Reports

• Hyperlinks in Reports allow to select a detail key / ID within a Report

• Print option was removed and will be added with new functionality in the next release

• Export option was improved. New fields added like note

E-Mail Activator Service

This is a new service, which can be installed additionally to the Activation Server. E-mail activations are automatically replied by the E-Mail Activator Service. The e-mails are scanned, validated and processed by the E-Mail Activator Service like a regular online activation. As a result, an E-mail is sent back to the user with an Unlock Key - using customizable E-Mail templates for all supported languages.
