All support and update options at a glance

Mirage offers several support and update options.

Evaluation period

Support via Mirage Support Center is free during the evaluation period.

Lifetime (perpetual) license - without update or service subscription

Updates to a new major release and support via Mirage Support Center is free for 30 days. After that time, updates to a new major release or technical support is available for a fee (support ticket). Service packs are free (version number changes e.g. from 6.0 to 6.1). 

Lifetime (perpetual) license - with update or service subscription

All major new releases and support via Mirage Support Center is free as long as the subscription is valid. The update or service subscription can only be bought within 30 days after the initial order process.

Cloud Edition / Subscription license

All major new releases and support via Mirage Support Center is free as long as the subscription is valid. If the subscription is terminated, the license can no longer be used. 

What is not included in a subscription?

Not included is development support, creating sample source code, making configuration files or support by phone. We offer Web Meeting sessions to cover these support requirements.

Web Meeting 

Online training / consulting / installation help or support by phone is available for a fee. Order web meeting.
