The update subscription covers all program updates for the specified time period (normally 1 year).

It additionally includes both access to the online Knowledge Base and  Customer Self Service Portal . Support requests via the Customer Self Service Portal get a higher priority. Not covered with the update subscription is a server setup, configuration of a server or e-commerce system or creating configuration files, code review or training. This is offered as an additional service for a fee.

Support hours are Monday to Friday (8AM to 6PM - CET).

No contract is needed. A cancelation of the subscription is possible up to 2 days before due-date. The subscription is renewed automatically if not canceled.

The update subscription can only be bought within 30 days after the initial order. After that period you have to buy an update first before you can buy the update subscription.
