Subscription
Placetel CTI for Salesforce® by Mirage is available as a subscription with pricing per user.
The subscription offers an all-round carefree package:
- Placetel CTI for Salesforce® license
- Placetel Profi Phone system
- Placetel SoftPhone - optional Snom / Yealink handset for additional fee
- German phone number
- Mirage Cloud Server usage
- All updates
- Support via the Mirage Support Center
Price List
- Price per user / month - yearly payment: 22 EUR
- Volume discount starts at 25 users
- All prices plus VAT (depending on the billing address of the country)

- Payment terms and contract length - yearly or quarterly (surcharge). 2 year contract with discount on request
- The subscription is renewed automatically if not canceled. It can be cancelled up to 40 days until the next payment (contract end date) is due. Once the subscription is billed or is beyond the cancellation date, a refund is not possible
- Once the subscription is terminated, the product is no longer available
- The order is subject to the Master Subscription Agreement
